Ceramic intumescent coating developed for the demands of the aerospace industry. The coating is designed to incorporate intumescent and thermal barrier properties.
IP-1265 is designed as a thermal protection layer for metallic and non-metallic substrates. Under test conditions this coating withstands the direct application of a flame producing a temperature of up to 1100oC for a period of up to 15 minutes.
