Green tinted lacquer for use to aid the removal of weld spatters when used with electron beam welders. Designed to ensure that after application, the affected surface shall be free of masking paint with no evidence of vaporised metal or weld spatter after welding in accordance with RPS 388 electron beam welding or alternative and removal of lacquer and spatter in accordance with RPS 461.

Description
Green tinted lacquer for use to aid the removal of weld spatters when used with electron beam welders.

As a protection against adherent weld spatter this material has been tested to ensure that no deleterious effects on these materials occur.
Removable with vapour degreasing or strong solvents and tested to ensure no damage to underlying metal.
