Indestructible Paint Appoints Paul Holder as Sales Director

Indestructible Paint is proud to announce the appointment of Paul Holder as our new Sales Director, marking an exciting new chapter for the business.

Paul is no stranger to Indestructible Paint, having worked closely with us as a consultant for many years. His formal appointment reflects both his outstanding contribution to the company and the value of his deep technical and commercial expertise within the coatings and repair sector.

Paul brings a unique and highly respected background to the role. He began his career as a Leading Aircraft Mechanic with the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm, working on Lynx and Sea King helicopters, followed by service within the Air Engineering Department onboard HMS Invincible.

He later joined FR HiTEMP, where he was responsible for assembling and testing missile launchers for the Eurofighter Typhoon, before returning to Lincolnshire in 2002. Since then, Paul has built an impressive career within the coatings and repair industry, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of the process – from application and engineering to quality assurance and laboratory operations.

One of Paul’s key achievements was establishing an in-house coating facility at Turbine Efficiency Ltd, demonstrating his ability to develop technical capability and deliver operational excellence. His experience spans working with both OEMs and independent service providers, giving him a truly rounded understanding of the market and customer needs.

In recent years, Paul’s work has taken him across the globe, supporting projects and clients throughout the UK, Europe, the USA and the Middle East. This international exposure strengthens Indestructible Paint’s ability to serve customers worldwide and expand into new markets.
